Welcome, dear readers, to the first offical Christmas-issue of the Heterodox Economics Newsletter. As the Newsletter brings presents in the form of a huge bulk of more or less urgent and highly interesting Calls for Papers, I would suggest to postpone a close reading of this issue till you return to work - otherwise your holidays might be scrambled by the urge to file some submissions ;-)
